Wesley's finally turned 21! At long last he can drink and go to strip bars with his friend Hatchet the Velociraptor... But as Hatchet warns the impetuous lad; being 21 doesn't make him a man. And so Wesley ventures alone into the wilderness (of Golden Gate Park) in search of his manhood.
