WHY WE LOVE GARY NUMAN:

In 1979, Gary Numan turned away from guitars and embraced the cold
new sound of synthesizers. In the span of just 6 months, he released
"Replicas" and "The Pleasure Principle", and created a whole new
genre: synth. Since then he has continuously re-invented himself,
and in 1994, Gary embraced industrial and darkwave. In 2003, Gary
released "Hybrid", a collection of industrial revisions of older
material, and one of the greatest albums of this decade so far.
