[SFG-A] Bad Movie Sunday: Starship Invasions

This Sunday, it's Mission Science Theater 2263 at The Dark Room! Come join
us as we speak ill of a very unhealthy movie.

Our feature will be the 1977 sci-fi anti-epic Starship Invasions,
courtesey of our shifty neighbors to the north.  (To my Canadian friends:
I mean the OTHER ones, not you.)  Starring Christopher Lee at the
nadir of his career, and Robert Vaughn at the nadir of Christopher
Lee's career.

Also starring French Canadians with accents of varying penetrability; not
since Trainspotting has an English-language film so desperately needed
subtitles.  Hell, you'll find yourself wishing you were watching
Trainspotting.  (Wasn't Ewan McGregor great in that?  Even with short hair
and emaciated, he was SUCH a hottie.  Though I'm not into boys, he's
right up there with Johnny Depp as a guy I would totally...but I digress.)

In addition to be just being a Bad Movie on its own merits, MST3K had
hoped to feature it in their seventh season, but were unable to secure the
rights.*  So, I'm all kinds of excited to be participating in The Lost
Episode.  Be there and join in the riffathon, won't you?
